How we get results

  • We’re not here to make guesses about what you want or the process that will work for you, everyone is different. Our onboarding process is arguably the most important step of your journey. You’ll meet with our Head Coach, set goals and we’ll customise your plan.

  • Consistency is key, but we know that motivation comes in waves, which is why we assign every client an accountability coach. They’ll be on hand to ensure you show up, in every sense.

  • For 6 weeks, we’ll take your nutrition back to basics. Every client receives a simple, easy-to-follow nutrition plan that fits around real life.

  • There is nothing worse than wading through a busy gym and spending hours on workouts for little gain. Our group training programmes are designed to get the most out of every session, meaning you can spend less time in the gym and more time on the the things that matter.

  • Weekly progress reviews and a halfway point goal-setting are essential for ensuring you’re constantly making progress towards your goals.

  • We have the best community in Nottingham, fact. No egos, no judgement, just an incredible community of people all on a journey to bettering themselves.

  • Our programmes and coaching methods are designed to work for people of all fitness levels, so you definitely don’t need to be fit to start.

    We have an incredible community of people all at different stages of their transformations journeys so you’ll never feel alone, that’s one of the beauties of Group Personal Training.

  • Yes absolutely! Every session can be fully personalised and we will always work around existing injuries to prevent any further damage.

  • We have sessions every day of the week, with our first at 6am and last at 7pm.

    We also have weekend Team Training sessions that have more of a cardio focus at 8am and 9am.

  • Our training style is functional strength and conditioning training. This means there is a mix of weight training sessions and cardio sessions throughout the week, all designed to get you fitter and strong for real life.
