Anna has been a member of TBH for just over two years. Before joining, she was in and out of gyms for years and seeing very little progress.
Getting out of breath with everyday tasks and hiding at the back of family photos was not where she wanted to be in her late 20s.
Fast forward to today, two years of hard work and consistency has got Anna to where she is now. Loving training, wearing the clothes she wants and feeling confident in them, and no longer hiding.

Theatre is a big part of Lindsey’s life outside of her work, and although she came in with a goal to lose weight, she’s found training at TBH has contributed to much more than that.
